Our Cancellation Policy
LATE:
If you are more than 10 minutes (5 minutes for new clients) late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule or modify your appointment.
If we do need to reschedule due to your tardiness, the same day cancellation fee will apply.
CANCELLATIONS:
Less than 24 hours results in a 50% charge of your service.
Total no shows will result in full charge if service.
Our front desk will reach out to collect your cancellation fees. No further booking will occur until fees are paid.
We appreciate you valuing our time.

All new extension clients are required to place a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, no exceptions.
We will only work with hair that is purchased at our salon.
We kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone, we want you to be able to relax along with our other clients in the salon. Giving the whole experience at Vibe is our utmost priority.

A lightly used or unopened product may be exchanged for another or for credit within 30 days of purchase. We DO NOT issue refunds. After 30 days, no exchange or credit will be given.
All new clients are required to pay a NON- REFUNDABLE
deposit when booking first initial visit with us.

Hair didn't turn out
the way you wanted?
Our services are non refundable, however if your hair did not turn out how you were envisioning, we do offer a complimentary redo within 7 days of your service. If you do however decide to change your mind on what you originally wanted, that is not considered a redo.
